Confirmation of Reservation:

Your credit card details have been noted to guarantee this reservation and to secure a deposit. 1 (one) nights accommodation will be charged during low and shoulder seasons with the balance payable on arrival. 50% of the total booking will be held during high season with the balance payable upon arrival. High Season includes Christmas, Easter, Public and School Holidays and Special Events.

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is 1 (one) nights accommodation charge if cancellation is not received in writing 48 hours prior to arrival except during High Season including Christmas, Easter, Public and School Holidays and Special Events. During these times written cancellation must be received 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival or 50% cancellation fee applies. We reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund if any unforseen circumstances arise.
